Too, Fly repositions the myth of Icarus as a framework for Black transcendence. Through an Afrosurreal lens, the film constructs a cosmology in which falling is not collapse, but transition—where risk, aspiration, and transformation converge.

What circulates is not contraband, but prayer and affirmation–moving through the city as a shared frequency that transforms those who receive it.

Moving through the visual and symbolic language of mobility, the work interrogates what it means to navigate a world where freedom of movement is both desired and denied.
